Raghava Kasara is the founder of Quintessential Quality and an experienced Quality executive with 20+ years of experience across pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. Having served as an Executive Director and Head of Quality, Raghava has built and led global GxP Quality organizations, supported FDA and EMA inspections, and guided products from early development through clinical, regulatory, and commercial readiness. His expertise spans GMP, GCP, GLP, GVP, Quality Systems, Data Integrity, Validation, and CDMO/CRO oversight, with experience across small molecules, biologics, and cell & gene therapies. At Quintessential Quality, Raghava helps emerging biotech companies build practical, scalable, and phase-appropriate Quality systems that enable growth, compliance, and regulatory success.
